VIKINGS

The Vikings went into free agency with a plan to address the trenches. They signed center, Ryan Kelly and guard, Will Fries and actually traded their worst offensive lineman - Ed Ingram for a draft pick. Then they signed defensive tackles, Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave.

They resigned corner, Byron Murphy, safety Harrison Smitn, and signed corner Isaiah Rodgers for the secondary.

Minnesota then resigned running back, Aaron Jones and traded for running back Jordan Mason. Mason ran all over the league when he filled in for Christian McCaffrey last year.

Minnesota's offense has weapons! Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, TJ Hockenson, Aaron Jones, and Jordan Mason. And with two of the best offense tackles in Darrisaw and O'Neill pairing with free agents Kelly and Fries, JJ McCarthy should have plenty of time to get the ball to his playmakers. Defensively, Flores should be able to get to after the opposing quarterback with his front four. The only question is whether McCarthy is ready or not.
