BREWERS

The Milwaukee Brewers are currently on a 12 game winning streak and have the best record in baseball. In May they were at the 500 mark and mid June they were still 6.5 games out of first place in their division. This is their second 10+ game winning streak this year. Let's take a look and see how the other 9 teams that had multiple 10+ game winning streaks did in a season.

2019 Houston Astros lost the World Series.

2017 LA Dodgers lost the World Series.

Maybe there is a miracle brewing in Milwaukee this year...

The Denver Nuggets may be the team that can take out the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Nuggets did bring the Thunder to seven games in the Western Conference Semifinals this past post season.  They resigned Bruce Brown, signed Tim Hardaway Jr., Aaron Gordon will be healthy heading into the season, and Nikola Jokic will be a top three MVP player. Losing out on Jonas Valanciunas sucks, but maybe they'll be able to sign Bradley Beal if he becomes available?

NUGGETS

The LA Clippers beat down the Denver Nuggets last night to take a 2-1 lead in their series. The Clippers were better than the Nuggets in almost ever statistical category which showed since they won by 34 points.  Nikola Jokic had a triple double, but only scored 23 points which is below his season average of almost 30 points per game. Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon both score in double digits, but the rest of team didn't help too much.  Denver and LA were 2-2 in the 4 games they played against each other this year.

BRONCOS

The Denver Broncos and Bo Nix are playing well this season. After beating their division rival, the Las Vegas Raiders last night, they hold an 8-2 record.  Don't get too excited though, they have only beaten one team above 500 (Eagles). Their two losses are against the Chargers and the Colts.  Don't get me wrong, this team is playing well, has a good defense, and a good young quarterback, but lets see how they do against teams with winning records.  Their nect game is against the Kansas City Chiefs.
