PACKERS

The Green Bay Packers went into Arizona and barely beat a bad Cardinals team. They had 10 penalties, were 3 of 10 on third downs, and needed 14 points in the fourth quarter to come back and win.

Right now I strongly believe this Packers team is good, but Head Coach, Matt LaFleur will cost them games against good teams or in a playoff game with his mismanagement. 

He sends the field goal unit out on the field to tie the game, then realizes there is too much time on the clock left for Arizona so he blows a time out to change his mind and go for it. Don't get me wrong, it worked out this time, but against good teams in the playoffs you can't waste time outs like that (time outs are like gold) and he won't be able to score 14 in the fourth quarter against playoff teams. LaFleur should be on the hot seat. He almost cost them the game against Dallas (wasting too much time) and then this mishap against Arizona.

The Denver Nuggets may be the team that can take out the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Nuggets did bring the Thunder to seven games in the Western Conference Semifinals this past post season.  They resigned Bruce Brown, signed Tim Hardaway Jr., Aaron Gordon will be healthy heading into the season, and Nikola Jokic will be a top three MVP player. Losing out on Jonas Valanciunas sucks, but maybe they'll be able to sign Bradley Beal if he becomes available?

NUGGETS

The LA Clippers beat down the Denver Nuggets last night to take a 2-1 lead in their series. The Clippers were better than the Nuggets in almost ever statistical category which showed since they won by 34 points.  Nikola Jokic had a triple double, but only scored 23 points which is below his season average of almost 30 points per game. Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon both score in double digits, but the rest of team didn't help too much.  Denver and LA were 2-2 in the 4 games they played against each other this year.

BRONCOS

The Denver Broncos and Bo Nix are playing well this season. After beating their division rival, the Las Vegas Raiders last night, they hold an 8-2 record.  Don't get too excited though, they have only beaten one team above 500 (Eagles). Their two losses are against the Chargers and the Colts.  Don't get me wrong, this team is playing well, has a good defense, and a good young quarterback, but lets see how they do against teams with winning records.  Their nect game is against the Kansas City Chiefs.
